All of the 2011 KY State Forms for due process and eligibility have been added to the Forms/Documents Page

Software Maintenance

If you are having problems with special education software or if you need Evaluation Software or Instructional Software installed, follow the procedure below.

  1. E-mail me with a list of what needs to be done (Include the name of the computer(s) that need service)
  2. I will request access to the computers from the technology department so that the necessary maintenance can be performed (usually takes 1-2 days)
  3. After access is granted by the technology department, I will perform the necessary maintenance.
