HWM S Football Parent Meeting Scheduled!

HWMS GRADUATION 🐝🖤👨‍🎓👩‍🎓 Students need to arrive in the cafeteria by 5:30 pm Ceremony begins at 6:30 pm Parking will be available in the front of HWMS or on the south side of the building. If it is full, there will be a shuttle bus running from SGS to the gym. Parking behind the gym is reserved for HWMS staff only. Each student has 2 assigned seats for their parents, however, they are NOT limited to 2 guests. Additional seating will be available in the wooden bleachers on the floor as well as both top sections. Names are already on the seats based on the student names. Entrance will be through the gym hallway doors, as with a ballgame.

HWMS Superlatives 2026

‼️ 8th Gr. Graduation Info ‼️ All students who were at school today received their cap and gowns, if they hadn't already got them last week. Students also received a cord if they scored proficient or distinguished on the 2024-2025 KSA test. Instead of pins, students with 9 or less absences for the year (BestSuccess9orLess) were given a maroon cord to wear at graduation. All of these will be acknowledged at Thursday's ceremony All students were given 2 assigned seating tickets for family members for Thursday's ceremony. Seats will be labeled on Thursday evening but please try to keep up with your tickets to make locating them easier. Students ARE NOT LIMITED to these 2 seats. You are welcome to invite as many family members as you like. There will be additional seating in the wooden floor bleachers as well as the top of both sides of our gym. 8th grade students will NOT be practicing again tomorrow due to having time for two full run throughs today. If your student was not there for practice they can still come in tomorrow and walk through the seating arrangement, as well as pick up their parent tickets for graduation. Tomorrow morning, in an attempt to avoid the rain, we will be taking 8th grade Superlative pictures! 🐝🖤👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

Cap and gowns have arrived! You may pick them up during school in the HWMS office 🐝🖤👩‍🎓👨‍🎓 To avoid any confusion, students will only be allowed to pick up their own cap and gown. Any order that is NOT picked up today will be given to the students during graduation practice on Tuesday. Please, like and share!
